Venue Space Audit (onsite)
Pre-Consult Property Review - Initial consultation with property photos and walkthrough review, and discussion of business goals and desired guest experience.
Site Visit with Strategy Session - Review of ceremony and reception layouts, guest arrival and parking, vendor logistics, infrastructure considerations, and contingency planning. Wedding-Day Operations Analysis with an evaluation of setup flow, room flips, bar and catering placement, and overall event flow.
Written Summary Report - Clear recommendations including property strengths, potential risks, priority improvements, suggested capacity limits, and guest experience enhancements.
30-Day Follow-Up Call - A check-in to answer questions, review progress, and discuss next steps.
